The Davidson Early Learning Center teaches using the “Creative Curriculum”, a theme based, State of Maryland accredited program for all age groups to assure that each and every child is engaged and inspired to learn. 
This curriculum enhances skill development, reading, language, math, science, and sensory skills. In addition, other teaching materials include: “My Baby Can Read” for toddlers, “Your Baby Can Talk” sign language for infants and “Sign-A-Lot” sign language for pre-school and school-aged children. We believe that communication is one of the keys to your child’s success and realize that it starts at infancy and that exemplary skills empower your child to grow and develop.
We believe that security is critical. Upon entering the Center, we have a computerized sign-in/out security code system for parents and caregivers.
We believe that nutrition is important for the healthy development of your child. We provide well-balanced meals and healthy snacks at no additional cost to parents.
We believe that children need exercise and fun. We have a spacious playground that is fully fenced and secure. Education is important, but playtime is just as instrumental in the healthy development of your child.
We believe that each child learns in his or her own way and is an individual. We work with your child to help them achieve their highest level of learning.
We believe that each child needs compassion, understanding, and nurturing. We provide positive reinforcement for all of the great things your child does throughout the day. No matter how large or small. They know that they are cared about and appreciated.
We believe in positive one on one discipline where we encourage the children to communicate, predict and problem solve and learn from mistakes.
